Anyone know how to get and raise feeder shrimps?

Anyone know how to get and raise feeder shrimps?

I've heard of ppl collecting freshwater shrimps in lakes. Is there a specific habitat to find them in lakes/ponds?
 
EBAY. Just search for live shrimp and they'll pop up. They have both brine and freshwater shrimp eggs. Fresh would be the easiest I think. Got some brine eggs at a great deal from there. They came from Thailand I think
