Anyone know what is wrong with my foxface?

So today i noticed these greyish spots on my fish, one or two of the spots had a white dot in the middle almost like a pimple but the rest are just grey. The fish is acting completely normal begging for food and eating like a pig. I did feed him some new life spectrum parasite food because he had a stringy looking poop but its back to normal now. Wondering if its a reaction to the medicated food? Any info you guys could tell me would be great. Thank you.

How long have you had it? If the gray spots look somewhat like a perfectly drawn half circle it could be flukes. Usually the gray circle like shapes are more to a medium to dark gray. Watch for flashing on rocks and such. You might research prazipro which treats flukes and internal parasites but do your research. Otherwise look for pics with fish that have flukes and if that's what you suspect you could do a freshwater dip instead. You have to make sure that the water is either declorinated tap or RODI water and that the ph matches your tank. Do a 5 to 10 minute dip as long as it keeps swimming if it stops touch it with something to get it swimming again. If it is flukes you will see them lift off the body and turn white before falling off. You can't see them when they are on the fish but the gray circle description I mentioned is a good indicator. Hope this helps.
