Anyone know what these might be?

They've infested the tank and they seem to all spring from about 5 holes in the live rock. I just want to know if they're a protential menace to our fish or live rock.

I'm referring to the white, stringy tentacles in the picture below.

They are benefitial detrivores. The more the better ....

Yup, a terebellid worm, AKA a spaghetti worm. Harmless and beneficial.
