I am looking to get Berghia Nudibranches to kill off a small aiptasia problem I am having. I have spotted 5 or 6 glass anemones, so I am sure there are plenty more that I havent spotted in my display/fuge. Anyone know somewher I can order them from? Saltycritters.com has em for $15 per! There has to be someone that has em for a more decent price. LMK.

Not only copperbands but apparently ( ) peppermint shrimp, pom pom crabs and certain wrasses. Not sure about hermits.

Talk to Frank... he has them all... he was selling them at RAP pre-order only tho :p

Who's Frank? What's his screename on RC?

Is their some kind of group order we can get in on? I think we would have at least a hundred that we could all buy!

Yah... a group order would be great. I would like eight or so....

I heard that they get picked off pretty easily by serpent stars and some other predators. I was considering actually setting up a breeding tank. They breed really easily. The hard part would be keeping enough aiptasia in the tank to keep em fed! If anyone comes across a group buy, lets go for it! Otherwise, I will just buy two from Saltycritters or something, and breed em.

Who is Frank? Id be interested in buying local if I can too!

Brian You are right. It was TropOasis. He was offering them as follows:
Re: berghia
They are $15 each or 3 or more for $10 each.

A few months ago I found another member offering them at $5.00 each. I just emailed him to see if he has any for sale at this time. I'll let you know

I put 3 in a 180 gal. They ate all the aptaisa in 3-4 weeks with no other problems. They did reproduce and I gave away about 70 of them before they faded away. You can call Frank at 626 284-2607.Sometimes he's hard to get ahold of so leave a message.Or e-mail at frank@tropicalreefoasis.com
