Anyone know which store has...

Anyone know whuch store has:

1. JBJ 24 Gallon Deluxe Nano-Cube with 150 Watt HQI Metal Halide

or

2. JBJ 28 Gallon Nano-Cube HQI

I can't get to all the stores, so if any of you that regularly go to the stores if you see either one of these, please let me know.

most stores can get it for you but would rather sell the current usa version. JBJ are nice but they are a bear to get replacement parts! Also I saw the 28 gallon version. It gets REALLLY HOT! At the show I was at they had the chiller hooked to it to keep it at 78. The bulb had a turn off if it gets too hot, but not the water!

I think the one in boca carries them. Barrier reef. But I hate that store.

Thats where I bought my nanocube dx. They ask you to sign something that says that it was filled with water and leak checked. I got it home and it was not working. I called JBJ tech support (one guy in an office by the way). He said that it was that the hood had a fan that did not work and a bad ballast had a issue. Take it back to the store. When I got there the store refused to exchange it. I had to call JBJ who had the rep call them to tell them to exchange it Mind you that I had not had it a week. They did exchange it but under protest and they told me that if I had another problem that I would have to work with JBJ.

Aside from that they are just very rude to customers. Being that I train sales people I kinda know about customer service. They go in the other direction...outright rudeness.

Thanks Steve....It's best I avoid that place, because I can't keep my mouth shut when someone is rude to me. We would have a nasty exchange of words that just would not be productive...

although i don't want to get into a debate, i'll just throw out there that I stop by Barrier Reef very frequently and the staff has always been extremely polite and helpful.

and they have pretty good prices on fish...

I spoke to Karen, and I will be getting a nano from her
sometime this week....
Now the delema is do I get the 24g or the 28g jBj Nano Cube...
