I'm planning on making a few batches of homemade food, the food will include Squid, Mysis, Daphnia, Blood Worms, Krill, Ocean Plankton, Rotifers, Brine Shrimp, Cyclops, Silversides, DT's oyster eggs and a few other special touches. If your interested let me know. I'm not sure on the price yet as I haven't totalled everything up yet

What type of Rotifers?

I know of clubs that everyone brings something for the mix to the meeting- and they mix and bag it there....

I just made some, but it doens't include the microscopic layer.. so I woudl be up for some at the QC swap

hmm. anyone want to throw some green water into the mix.. i have heard mixed reviews on if it freezes well, but it can' thurt and the Rotifers can't eat it when they are ice too

I wouldn't mind bringing some as long as it's paid for before hand, it's around a 2 hour trip to the QC's from here so by the end of the day it wouldn't be any good if I had to bring it back home. Let me know if your still interested. J

You should bring some to the Frag swap. I would buy it.

I've never tried putting green water in, mainly because I've never been a huge fan of it. I use to dose it in one of my tanks and it seemed like it was the cause of more algea than anything, that and since green water is live algae I would think freezing it would probably kill it, making it useless in the food.....but again I've never tried it so it could be possible......just not in my mix.
