Anyone need a cleanup crew?

What prompted me to do it was I saw a tank on TV with 9 of them, that I could count at least and if you check the reeftopia site I believe they say it is ok to house them together as well. I would definitely put a pair in a 40. in fact depending on how many other fish I had I may even consider 3 in a 40 breeder they only require a 30 gallon tank.
 
I'd say if they're added at the same time and there's enough rockwork in the tank, there's a good chance they'll be fine. Be forewarned though, a lot of times they'll also fight to the death...
 
Gets to be an expensive fight, buy some batas I think they are cheaper!

I agree that there are exceptions to every rule in this hobby. Most fish are fine with one another when they're young, see your LFS for examples. The individual fish seem to somewhat have their own personality traits also, and may not conform to there species norm. I tend to error on the side of caution.

12 vibex $10

If someone would like to go in for half of the lot of 50 vibex I would take 25 of them instead for $18

Bryan, I picked up two lettuce nudis this week, so I'm only in need of a couple more. If you wanted to do the 4-pack and take 2 that works for me, otherwise I'm probably just going to skip on them, as six is too many. Let me know. Otherwise, the order looks like this right now. I'm sadly dropping off the large lot of Ceriths as I don't really need $60 worth right now! So, Scott, if you still wanted some Cerith, I can split an order of 12 with you (I'd like at least eight, so let me know what you're looking for). I can order for Thursday/Friday delivery this week. When will everyone be able to pick up? I can put extras in my sump for a time...

I just checked and it says the fighting conches are out of stock dangit. I really wanted to try some of those so check again when you order please Fred.

If your ordering this week I'm gonna have to pass on the royal gramma unless someone could keep it for a bit (which I doubt lol).
I planned on putting it in my 150 but my fish have a bit of ich since the LA order so don't want to add a new fish yet.
I'm sorry Fred to keep changing my mind. I do want the fish but it would be stupid to put another fish in there right now I think.
If you ordered already though thats ok.

T.J. did we make anything out about splitting the blue legs also when you were here? I can't remember lol.

if you want to do a 4/8 split on the ceriths that will be fine.

Somehow my vibex order got bumped from 8 to 15, I can't keep that many just yet.
 
It's difficult to keep the groupings ideal when people keep changing...but the prices are so much better. I guess I'll just ask is anyone else wants any additional vibex? I don't need extras (bumped mine to 20 as well).

I'd even be willing to do a 6/6 split on the Ceriths, doesn't much matter to me one way or the other.

TJ, the ceriths are much cheaper when you order lots, but their minimum lot size is 100, and I was taking nearly 80 of them, which is a bit excessive ($0.75 vs. $1.25).

Suggest setting a deadline for those that are in and getting this thing done while the weather holds. By my count these folks are in:
