This thread will not be hijacked. But I say the whole word like you have it spelled out, but I say Cheato : Che-toe. Does that make since?? cause it don't to me.

Just FYI - It's chaetomorpha (chaeto, not cheato). ae is a dipthong, and has a "long i" sound...so Paul is right, it is "cheeee-toe-more-fa" just like the orange colored sticks.

Too geeky of an explanation for me. From here on out, I will pronounce it incorrectly, ie not Cheeee-toe-more-fa nor Che-toe. It will merely be the opposite of whatever the person who said it first in the conversation calls it. Sorry McLovin
