Anyone ordered from Premium Aquatics??

Anyone local ordered from them?
I was looking to buy some livestock for my 120gal tank.

How was shipping service and the livestock?
Is there a better choice?

I am in NW Indiana.... the places on the North side are too far to drive to.

PA is great.

Since your so close you can pick UPS Ground and it will get to you next day (Nice way to save some $$$ on shipping).

I bought both my liverock and the majority of my cleanup crew from them. Couldn't be happier.

I was going to ask them about shipping....
I wanted to buy a few fish.
Not sure how ground mail will do.

I guess for clean-up crew and rock ground would be alright.

I purchased a fish using ground shipping and recieved it next day. But you need to realize even though it gets there next day doesn't mean you get the gaurantee on the fish. They only give the gaurantee on overnight shipping.

they're entirely boring.
You order what you want, it shows up when they say, they're incredibly easy and drama free to deal with.
I like boring.

They also are very fast to help in correcting errors. I submitted an order with a gift card I got as part of an incentive program through work. The charge got bounced because of a zip code mismatch (the card is registered to the companies address). They emailed me first thing and I made the correction and they still got the order out that day.

Friendly too. Nothing stuck up about them.

I can only parrot the others. I've ordered MANY times. By far my favorite online drygoods store, and the overnight arrival of UPS ground makes the livestock very desireable as well.
