Anyone part with some Chaeto?

Just got my new Refuge set up today, looking for a couple hand fulls of Chaeto. I've got one good handful in there atm.

Also what kind of light bulb should I be running over it? I bought a clip on metal "work" light. And a 60W 5500K bulb.

High Pressure Sodium 70w lights work the best when it comes to growing cheato and nutrient exportation.
