It's pathetic I know, but happened to see JJ yesterday. Plaintif sues b/c she let her "friend" take care of her SW tank while she was away. "Friend" left 9 year old son unattended in room with tank and he pulls a Deuce Bigalow. Knocks it right over, all 75gal.

THEN, she says oh well, we're even cause your kid drew on my wall with mascara, AND LEAVES IT THERE!!! Fish, LR, Water, broken glass, the whole 9.

I would be locked up if that ever happened to me!!!!

Oh JJ was totally sympathetic to the tank owner. But imagine trying to put a price on not only equipment & livestock, but blood sweat and tears involved in maintaining your tank. I think she only gave her a couple grand.
