Maybe it's just me, but that picture definitely doesn't look flattering. If I was looking for a 300 gallon type fish I'd go with a Sohal. More aggressive, but vibrant colors at half the price. Even more likely a Vlamingi.

That's just bad lighting search others on here who have one and look at their pictures
 
I'd be worried it would bite and scratch me.

Lots of people say this about Sohals. I have been around a lot of different fish many of which were big including sharks and rays and I'm much more worried about a big trigger taking a bite out of my arm or finger than any tang spear:debi:
 
D-man: did you buy a sohal for $78? If so where at? Dang that's cheap for a sohal I want one but it will for sure be the last fish added to which ever tank I decide to put it in
