Anyone around here test thier K levels? If so are you using zeo or just checked them?

hmmm.. potassium in a reef tank... should I test for that? I know that it would help algae grow but how would it get in there?

I dont feed my corals bannanas, very often.

I was just wondering since so many zeo tanks are finding themselves low on potassium as compared to NSW. It's the hot topic with zeo guys but I've never heard of anyone non-zeo even checking. The zeo guys claim a major coloring up of corals from correcting it. I went ahead and ordered a test kit just to see for the heck of it. Heck if it's low I have no problem correcting it with some KCl.

Although around tropical islands there may be a very high level from bananna's falling off of trees and runoff. :D Actually there are other sources.
