Anyone to drill my tank?

I may be grabbing a 180 gallon tank that is undrilled. I probably wouldn't trust myself to drill it, so is anyone around the Wilkes-Barre area willing to help? I will buy the drill bit if I need to.

Also what are recommendations on where to drill and what type of overflow to setup? Thanks
