anyone try elos omega amino acid

was wondering if anyone has tried this supplement for sps and what your results where like?

i've used it for a few months in the past when i was Carbon dosing and honestly i'd have to say that it's like the rest of the snake oil that is out there

it looks nice and smells bad...i never personally noticed any of my corals doing better with it or without it when i was Carbon dosing so i don't use it anymore, still have over half a bottle left

maybe it's something i'd add on water change days or 2-3 days weekly but i personally couldn't tell wether it improved my color's or anything

IMO an 80 proof bottle of Vodka is worth more than the amino's, lol

ive used it for about 2 weeks now noticing a little better color and pe...still kind of early to tell.

i used a while back. noticed a slight improvement in stoney color but who knows, maybe it was me wishin because I drop 30 on it. i stopped when I started to get algea growin.

I tried it and dosed as per the instructions and ended up with an algae outbreak in my mature tank. Stopped dosing and the algae went away. Same thing happend when I tried the Zeovit aminos. I was looking for the magic ingredient to give my corals more color as they were pastel. My fish load was light and I didn't feed a whole lot. I got the results I was looking for when I bought more fish and fed more and started feeding Phytofeast and Oysterfeast.

It is too expensive to try.. but with that Elos name on it it tempts me :-|
I prefer the same exact thing from Seachem called fuel, i think, and honestly I have
not seem much change. Upgrading my lighting system though.. that helped.

I used Elos AA for a little over one month. I didnt notice much color improvement after using the product. I started with a minimal dose and slowly worked up to 40 drops per day. I have since discontinued use of this product.

wow 40 drops a day is alot well giving it a try will chime in and let you know how they do so far week one is no different so will see , it does look cool when you put it in and the pumps you can see how it covers the entire tank nice hope the corals like it.
