Anyone try reef bugs for their sps?

I love bengals
I have been helping my friend with his system for a while and he has been running biopellets. Nutrients were non existant on test kits and acros showed little polyp extension and no growth or color. He went and bought some reef bugs, just like always without researching or asking me about it. He had crashed his tank twice by doing this with other products and killing all the coral I gave him haha.... Well now he says all the acros are shaggy with polyps and starting to grow and form colors. He has been feeding his tank with a variety of foods to try and fix the low nutrients with no success. All the zoas and other corals are taking off as well now. So I am wondering if anyone else has had success with this product. I am struggling with polyp extension but I think it's because of the angelfish. I am going to try some tonight to see what happens anyways. Since I have been feeding extreemly well too maybe it will help.
The information on it says you hatch it before you put it in the tank? Huh? Am I going to be feeding a small version of sea monkies??? :hmm4:

No he is not that dedicated. I can barely get time to meet up with him to see his tank.

I am taking pictures today, so I will get before and after shots of my coral. If it does anything that is. My corals are Definatly not starved so I don't see much of a change coming. Just hoping for more polyps extension.

I have been reading on posts for a few hours, not seen one even slightly negative review. What posts are showing its not very favorable?
I am curious about this since my buddy likes it so much and I never see anyone talk about it.
