Anyone use Epsom salt for mag?

If not what do you use for mag supplements? I've read about the ionic balance being off if water changes aren't regular. Anyone use Randy's recipe? Trying to get a solution for my tank.

I use 7 1/4 cups of mag chloride and 3/4 cup of mag sulphate per 1 gallon

I've been using Randy's recipe for years... monitoring and supplementing Mg has brought one of the most positive changes in my tanks. I use Epsom Salt for the Mg Sulfate part and I get the Mg Chloride from BRS.

Sounds good. Looking into Randy's recipe. calc mag and alk are all dropping pretty quick now that my coral stock is getting bigger. Now the question is how much and how to dose. I guess I'll start looking into pumps..... This hobby is killing me.
