Anyone used Melafix to treat wounds?

Just got a yellow coris and he's laying on the side on the sand, not moving until I bring the net close so I can transfer him to a quarintine tank. He has what looks like an abrasian on his side. I'd like to treat it with Melafix Antibacterial remedy but can't find if it's reef-safe. Melafix I've got everything from SPS to strombus snails in my tank so don't wanna lose anything. Says it's a natural medicne of tea-oil, the active ingredient is 1% melaleuca.

Anyone ever use this product? If so, did it help the fish and not hurt anything else?

I've used it in FO settings before with good results. It is all natural, and as long as it contains no copper, you should be fine with snails and other inhabitants. Although I would recommend the use of a QT as well. Good luck!

I got some when i bought a tank setup, he had a bottle of it with all the chemicals...i tried it and it seemed to work pretty good..Ive only used it that 1 time but it heal up acouple spots on a fish i had..
