Anyone used the larger Quiet One pumps? like the 9000?

I can't find a decent external pump with the flow I want with the wattage consume so I'm thinking about the Quiet One 9000 as my return splitting about 500gph to my chiller. Has anyone used this pump?

My 90's got two quiet ones - a 4000 and a 6000...I've never had any problems with them.

Don't really like the quiet one pumps. I measured power usage by these guys and they aren't very efficient compared to my other pumps. Also the one I had doesn't seem to handle head pressure very well.

Show me a pump that can do 2k GPH that withdraw 140w or close.

at what head pressure and duty cycle? A pump just isn't a pump. Thats why we have pumps like Tunze and Iwaki.

Acutally if you do decide to buy the pump do us all a favor and do some measurements for us. Measure the wattage consumed by this pump and also measure how much fluid it pumps out by filling a 1 liter bottle and time how long it takes to fill. This will tell us how many liters per hour it can really handle. gotta do this measurement at all outputs and measure the height and tube diameter at the outlet.
