I have read that some people have used a high powered laser with success.

I have a laser, but idk if it's strong enough. I'm willing to come by n give it a try if your game.

I think that I read that the lasers are dangerous and can easily blind someone, and that is why you won't find many people using them.

I'm not sure what my laser is called.

It's a green laser n it can be seen for miles at night.

I have yet to try n pop a ballon or light a match with it. But it may be able too. Worth a try with some new batteries

The wand isn't what got rid of my aptasia. I bought a bunch of peppermint shrimp and threw them in my tank. Never saw aptasia again.

I borrowed a friends majano zapper...worked like a charm on the two aiptasia I used it on...no sign of them for months now....and yes frying them is super entertaining.
I have just ordered one to own. I had trouble getting the aiptasia X to stay in the right spot long enough to do the job and this thing is fun and seems effective. Im getting one of my own so I can zap zoas and palys that I don't want growing in middle of other corals.
