I was just wondering if anybody had tried this yet, and if there was a unit in particular that it works well with...my schedule is crazy and I would prefer if the vodka was dosed into my tank at the same time every day, and slower than I usually do it

Vodka is 60% water, mixing it with RO water won't be an issue. After time its possible you could get bacteria growing so an occasional clean out would be good.

Dude,:
I have found the best solution for vodka dosing although I have yet to actually be able to actually dose vodka. I opted for a upgraded more efficient skimmer, denitrator and running gfo in order to keep nitrate/phosphate low....my travel schedule negates my ability to dose vodka at this time.Check this pic out, hold's a 60ml/cc syringe and can doses from 0.2ml/cc an hour up to 99.99 ml/cc an hour.
