Anyone using a wavebox?

Hella, do you like that type of oscillating wave or do you like a single wave?

I have it set now the the single wave, I've been going back and forth every few months with it. I have the pump running at about 1/2 power other wise the water can crest the top of the tank.

Mine is the good'oll tunze wavebox. I just use my own box.

how does this affect your overflow to the sump? does it mess things up, or make it gurgle or anything?

There's a little splashing but nothing bad.
