Anyone using swirls with a dart?

I want to use my dart as the return pump using 3 swirls...has anyone else done this? Are there any issues i need to know about???

I've got a 1" sea swirl hooked up to a Barracuda. I know it's not exactly what you are looking to do, but it's close. No issues on my set up. The only thing I don't really like about my sea swirl is that you aren't supposed to pump more than 1000gph through it. I put a ball valve right before it so I could turn down the flow right at the sea swirl, and guesstimated the flow.

With 3 on a Dart I don't forsee a problem.

I have 2 3/4 sea swirls running off of a barracuda. No problems and no restrictors either

2 3/4 swirls on our dart. it's dialed back just a bit, but not enough to justify using a smaller pump

Ive run two 1" SS with my Dart and have never had a problem...

I run 4 three quarter swirls on a closed loop barracuda. I love it! I run it wide open the flow rocks!

Why not use an Oceans Motions 4-way with 4 Revolutions?

An oceansmotions set up can be expensive. I got rid of my 4 way already...I think he will be fine with SS and with some enductors on the outputs...that would really get some water moving...
