Anything to worry about?

My girlfriend has a newly added Coral Beauty in her 30gl. It was added last week and the tank has been up and running for a month. The fish has what looks like a white flake on the inside part of both eyes. I haven't seen any white spotting or any stratching. Anything to worry about? Dosed Melafix just in case.

Nevermind. Turns out it's popeye. The eyes turned cloudy. Now treating with tetracycline.

Epsom salt is usually the best treatment for pop-eye according to all reports I found here. The addition of an antibiotic is a good idea if there are signs of a bacterial infection.
