Apex Base Module

My V1 and V2 ports on the Apex Base Module are staying at 10v output. it will not dim down or up? its been working great for 6 plus months. ramping my leds up and back down. now they are staying at full power all day.

have you checked your status log to see what they are doing? What does the display display for the ports?

mine screen wont get bright or dim either. I can hardly see the readout

they are on auto and they will not turn off if I put it in manual off?

sent the base module to neptune to be fixed.
