Apex Controller and DIY LED lights trouble

This is the exact characteristic that you will get if you just use the default variable port setting. It is using a wave maker profile. You need to make a profile and change it to your newly made profile in your variable speed ports. Then it will work.

The default ramp profile is " PF1 " . It is pre-configured to ramp between 0 and 100 every second. You need to make a profile that is configured to ramp up over say 60m from 10 to 50 (or whatever you think your coral will handle).

For reference, my variable port looks like this:

Set OFF
If Time 10:00 to 12:00 Then DTRMPUP
If Time 12:00 to 13:00 Then DT80
If Time 13:00 to 16:30 Then DT60
If Time 16:30 to 18:00 Then DTRMPDWN
If Time 18:00 to 10:00 Then OFF

my profiles look like this:
DTRAMPUP
90
10
50

DT80
0
80
80

DT60
0
60
60

DTRMPDWN
90
50
0

Hope that helps a bit..

Have you made sure the VSPs are not set to "Manual Off"? I recently installed my Tunzes to V3 and V4, added profiles, and programed the outlets to find they wouldn't work. After scratching my head for a while, and eventually changing the VSPs to "Auto" they work like a charm. Also I haven't seen your answer to the previous programing questions.

In reality the Neptune forum is a better place for this inquiry...

Thank you all for your replies. This is a email I sent to neptune.
I may not be explaining it correctly, but what I did was turn on the ports with the manual on. When I go to the status of the port it shows the status as on. I assigned all the ports to the same profile just to make sure there was no difference with the settings. Then I tested each port. There is no voltage to the V1/V2 ports, but the green lights for the ports do turn on. I hooked them up to the LED drivers and I tested each port one by one. The V3/ V4 worked the way it should. I even dimmed them with no problem. I tried the same with V1/V2 with the same cable but I get nothing. All the test point to the AquacController and not the Drivers or Cable.
