Apex fusion

So I picked a used apex and want to set up A
Fusion account. The problem is it already is linked to an account and I can't figure out how to clear that account so I can get a new token and set it up
With my account.
 
Your questions are really better asked at the Neptune systems forum at their site or in their forum section further down this page.

Ask tech support to change the account for you. It's tied to the MAC address of the controller.

For everything else you can just Initialize the Apex to it's defaults. Go to Configure/misc settings in the built in web pages.
 
Yes I did ask there. The more places asked the better chance for an answer. Plus their support Folks aren't avIlable on Sundays.
 
You need to contact the person you bought it from and have them unlink their email account from fusion, or go Configuration, go to Misc setup page. Go down to Initialize Memory, then Initialize All and Then click Update. Wait a couple of minutes, then unplug all power to the system then power it back up.
