Apex Jr and Float switches

I've been waiting for the release of the Apex Jr since it was announced. I recently realized that the Apex Jr does not have an IO plug for the breakout box. I am very new to reef keeping and controllers so I apologize if my terminology is not correct.

Is there a way to use float switches and water on the floor sensors with the Apex Jr? I'm hoping there will be an breakout box with an Aquabus connector.

Wait for someone else with more exprience or ties to the company to respond, but it looks as if you'll need to buy an expansion module such as the PM1 and either buy a break out box or build one. Talk a look into DIYS break out boxes.

Thanks.. i think you are correct. I did not realize the PM modules had an I/O plug for a breakout box.

yes I contacted Curt a couple of weeks ago, you will need an expansion module (pm1, pm2 pm3)
