Apex Lite Crashed?

This evening I reached for my Apex display to make a couple adjustments to my dosing schedule... When everything just crapped out on me... pH and Temp are still reading correctly... Now I have no power to any of the EB8 outlets, and when I go into the "Program Outlet" mode this is what I get...

When I click on any of those the screen goes solid blue and stays there for a few seconds and then goes back to the Home screen...

I have only had the unit since January 4, it was brand new direct from Neptune. I have tried unplugging everything and replugging it with no success... Please help!

I know the picture is blurry, but it looks like a little house, then a zero, then a space, then another little house...

Also, I do not have the unit online/networked at all

Module Status gives me:
Module Adr Rev St
Disp_1 01 1.09 OK
EB8_3 03 1.08 OK

Do you know how up to date your firmware is?

It could be old firmware in the display unit and that can be easily fixed by going to the modules screen, selecting the display unit and updating the firmware.

If you have old firmware in the Apex base unit then it could be that; some very early firmware had an issue if power was lost at 'just the right moment' and tha can be fixed by performing a firmware upgrade.

See if either helps.

Thanks, I'll check out the firmware update when I get back in town... Everything started working "as usual" after I deleted all of the oddly icon'ed outlets - Had to reprogram all of my outlets and everything -appears- to be working as usual...

I was severely stressing out because I leave town early in the morning for a few days... Hopefully this all holds up as a temporary bandage until I make it back and can further investigate

What you describe is classic scenaro from an older firmware; if you can report the version you have I should be able to tell you if that is the likely cause.
