Apex lite order missing lab grade ph probe

I just received my order (invoice order #224438) and (online order #189469). I didn't receive my lab grade ph probe with my order. The invoice that I have in pdf when I submitted my order has the apex lite 366.99 and probe 62.95 listed separately, in the email with tracking number it has it combined for 429.94. I called the number listed but its after hours. Just trying get this resolved so I can have apex up and running.
