Apex network help required

I can ping the apex, but when I try to log on via ie it asks for user name and password then I get a not found error 404?

Should also add I just did a master reset and auto dns is on

It sounds like the web pages are missing. Have you loaded the firmware or is this a unit out of the box?

Go to Neptune's web site->Support->Downloads, and download the latest Apex firmware. Then unzip the archive file. Go into the folder where you extracted the downloaded file. Open the readme.txt file - it contains the instructions.

thanks - firmware update worked! Maybe someday the controller can go and look and auto update the firmware. Great Product
