Apex on Android

So in August of 2012 I switched from Iphone to the Android system. My apex was working flawlessly until I made the switch. Till this day I have no way to access it via my phone.

Was told by the reps at Reef-a-palooza that the android app will be available in november, but have yet to see this. This is a major inconvience for some of the people I know who have android and have an apex.

The old app that was created by one of the Rc members here no longer supports the android version. So what is the current status for this.

Hmm..

My phone and tablet work just fine. Have you updated your firmware? The new beta works great.

Are you trying to access it with its IP address?

I use chrome on both, works better than the built-in browsers.

Just a bump just in case russM hasnt seen this.

Me? All I can say is it will be out when Neptune feels its ready. In the meantime, use HeneryH's app or use the browser in the phone or tablet as has been suggested.

I don't do Android BTW - I caught that deadly affliction, and luckily I saw my deepening decline into the darkness, and had time to seek professional intervention before it was too late. :D

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the one of Henry's to work! I had Henry's old app loaded but recently switched phones (New one is a Samsung Gaxaly 3) and loaded his new app.

I was able to get the aquanotes app to work.

When I open the Henry's the radio button to the left of controller shows green, but I cant get it to show any information at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I did try the new one....I thought that was a new version of Henry's! I cannot get the new version on the playstore to work.....

Pulled the Apex app a couple days ago and have found it very useful. Not without flaws or annoyances but very handy. Easier to control the tank with the app over the display actually.

I downloaded app from Google Play store onto my Galaxy S 2 and all I'm getting is the pic that looks like this.

The only thing that works is the "Support Resources" button.

What am I missing here?

Have been using Aqua Notes, but would like to try this new one out.

I have the same problem as mentioned above. I just switched from an iphone to a galaxy s3. Downloaded apex beta and entered info. All I get is a green button. The iphone apps worked flawlessly. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a galaxy s3 and d/l the app and it worked the first time. No problems.

Can you show a screen of the setup info?

wait... Leave out the WAN host... re-save it and reboot it... See what it does.'

Make sure you can connect to it locally on the wireless network internal to the house.
