Apex Optical Sensor on Round Cylinder

Anyone yet mounted the new optical sensor onto a round cylinder? I suppose I could use a uniseal, but never really trusted them. I cannot use silicone as cannot wait for it to cure. Any clever ideas?

I'd just whip up a bracket as needed and be done..
Without knowing the specific details I don't really have any clever ideas..

I have to look. I wonder if the wires end is submersible or not.

I now realize that I'd need to use up one of my FMM ports .... Will explore different alternatives.

There was a guy on FB that was going to build a bob that used optical sensors purchased on eBay. But it seems that project is dead. Bummer cuz I had purchased some sensors ahead of time.

The Neptune ATK is in beta right now. And yes, it uses the FMM ports.
