APEX Outlet issue for heaters - Help Please.

I have two outlets set up for heaters using my APEX and EB-8. I have them both programmed to turn on at 77.0 deg and to shut off at 78.0 Deg. However, only one outlet turns on when the temperature hits 77. The other outlet stays off. I have to manually overide the "auto" setting to turn it on.. They're both relying on the same temp prope connected to the Apex, so this has me perplexed.. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Is a reboot all I need?

So they have the exact same programming? Can you post it? If they are truely the same but not behaving the same, it sounds like the issue is with the EB8. Have you tried moving it to a different outlet?

Sure do... I just tried a reset while I was waiting for a response and what do you know.. It's working now.. I'll keep a close eye on it.. Thanks Todd! :thumbsup:

Fallback OFF
If Temp < 77.0 Then ON
If Temp > 78.0 Then OFF

Heater 2

Fallback OFF
If Temp < 77.0 Then ON
If Temp > 78.0 Then OFF

not sure if you are willing to do this, but i use one outlet and an adapter like this with both heathers plugged into it. got it from home depot

That's not a bad idea! :thumbsup: I do something similar for my ATI PM, that joins my fans and Dusk/Dawn lights. Thanks a Mil. I just received an additional EB-8, but I'm alwyas down to save a socket if I can.
