What exactly does the Apex offer over the Apex Lite?

4 variable voltage ports that can be used for Tunze pumps or dimmable ballasts
1 additional probe port for pH or ORP

That's it. Everything else is the same. There's much more info in the User Guide that's stickied.

Yes... if the fixture or DIY drivers accept a 0-10VDC dimming control signal.
