Apex will not comes on.

i lost power once, this morning, ever since there, i cant get the Apex to come on, i have to unplug and plug in many time, i might get lucky get the apex to come on, even then, after 10 mins or so apex will shut down by itself...
help, last i check about week ago, all firmwares are up to date, unless are more firmware comes out.

when i plug in the usb, the status light is not on, only the internet port light up orange.

It sounds like the firmware may have been corrupted. Try to re-install the latest firmware.
