Appropriate lightening for grow Macro

Suggestions for bulbs to grow macro algae? Brands, watts, spectrum etc... Im partial to cheap and effective

I'd prefer to avoid specialty lighting, like MH's.

I use a 19w TCP brand floodlight # 2p381951k
same as on melevs reef on my sump, chaeto grows very well
bulb is like $7 and $9 for the socket and clamp from home depot

I'm pretty sure you can use just about any clip on type of light fixture with just some daylight bulbs. I use just a regular daylight halogen light (curled bulb) and my macro grows great.

I think you can use a "grow light" that you would buy in the home&garden section of home depot or lowes.
