When?

Where?

What time?

March 18th is the start of Turkey Hunting season. Between talking turkey and Megan's dance recitals, I gotta plan well if I am to have any reef time.
 
I got the ok from my hubby!

We can have it at my house on April 8 from 2-5 if everyone is ok with that. I live in Brooksville and would love to have everyone over.

My tank is actually looking allright since the addition of several donations from fellow members... you are all angels.

I will host April's Meeting!

April 1st :eek1: Saturday <--no its not a joke!
2pm - 5pm
Spring Hill off 19 behind Home Depot (pm for directions)
Dont know what can be the "theme" but I'll have snacks and drinks...

I'm out of town on both the 1st & 8th and could not make either :(

How about on the 15th and have a sand trade theme? Everyone bring 2 cups of sand from their tank. We can mix all the sand together and then divide it back up to add diversity to each others tank???

Just a thought. Any other ideas? If it still is on the 1st or the 8th, I'll just have to miss it.
 
I think we had talked about aiming for the 1st Sat so we don't conflict with the tampa meetings on the 2nd sat in case people wanted to attend both

that said we are such a nice close friendly group that we can do whatever we want lol

anyway I can't guarantee my schedule for the other saturdays yet but I do know that Earnie and I will be in Ocala on April 1, at a stave envirothon competition - wish his high schoolers luck

Hope I don't miss the april meeting but I am only one in a sea of friends so if it works out better for everyone else to stick to the 1st, then we will plan on being at the May meeting.

I know Diane mentioned hosting the April meeting prior to the march meeting. I my self don't have any reservations as far as what day we have the meeting. I think it would be best to set it up when the most members can attend. I know if it is on the 8th,or the 15th. I won't be able to stay late,but I will be able to make the meeting. Ted
 
If Paul wants to host the April meeting, that's great. I'll host the May meeting. It will be easier for me that way. I do think we should stick to the 1st Sat of the month for consistency and so as not to interfere with TBs schedule, as we want to welcome our friends from the South to our meetings : )

So, Paul's, April 1st at 2 pm in Spring Hill is what I think we should do. I also think we should discuss/resolve what we want to do with our web site and how we can accomplish that at that meeting.

Is that ok with everyone? Most of us?

Anything else we should do at that meeting besides oogle Paul's tanks?

Well I dont have a Big Green Egg but I'll have snacks and drinks etc...
As far as what you guys can bring.... nothing..other than your knowledge ;>
 
Paul, regrettably, I will be in Tampa at a dance recital for my oldest. I love you guys a lot but compared to a 6 year old performing at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center for the first time... well, you get the picture.

Hopefully I can make the May meeting.
