Here's my $.02:

This month's contest should definitely continue.

Anguswu - your tank is looking great and you should definitely enter, especially since the rules can change each month and your tank may not qualify next month.

As for the nTOTY, I suggest we wait until there are 12 winners before we run the contest so it represents a full year of winning tanks. At least that way it can celebrate a year of successful nTOTM contests.

I think colinadam revived nTOTM sometime late last year (btw, he deserves a debt of gratitude from all of us that enjoy this monthly event). Here are the winners that I can recall working backwards:

louist

I think there was at least one other winner. Can someone jog my memory?

Here's my .02

We should wait until the end of this year for the nTOTY; we'll have a little more the 12 for the first year, but I don't see a problem with that. This way we start it over Jan. '08 and then we'll have 12 for that year's contest. Again, just my opinion.

NanoClown: I think EZ's group in SoCal will narrow down the choices for everyone to vote on...like 3 or 5. So I think the members of RC still get to vote.

kasey has it right, we are only selecting the finalists. the actual winner will actually be voted by RC. to be more inclusive, i will probably make it to 5 final tanks.
