Looking for a suggestion. I can't use inverts, I have a dwarf lionfish who loves shrimp. My tank is primarily lps dominated. I have zoos and palys and sps as well. I know feather dusters are gone.

Looking for something less common although I'm heavily considering a copperband. Do have the means to qt and if I get this fish soon I can even offer them live mysids if they are a finicky eater as I am raising baby cuttlefish so I keep a supply of live mysids. Basically if they are hard to get eating I'm not too worried. What I don't want is something that is super prone to picking at LPS.

berghia nudibranchs will work better for your corals to be on the safe side. However, nudis will die after aiptasia is gone.

I have had luck with the Matted Filefish (Acreichthys tomentosus). Not to mention the fish is really cool and interesting.

As with everything else you will find some with success and some without. My two experinces have been great, the one I have now is in with all kinds of corals with no problems.

I think my wrasses will eat them.

So far the copperband is the leading candidate. I'm just looking at other options as I like to keep uncommon fish.

i had an Acreichthys tomentosus that picked at my acans, just a note of caution. they are great fish, but not all of them eat aiptasia and not all of them are coral safe.

I use burgess butterflies in my tank and they love aiptasia. however, they also love mushrooms. They do not seem to bother my LPS though.

go with a cbb. I just added one to my 450 gallon reef, with worry about my SPS, LPS ect...no ussues at all, he has been eating the aptasia for the past 3 weeks, I'd say 1/4 aptasia are gone...he's got plenty tyo keep him busy! no interest in the corals for this one...not all are the same though..
