Aptasia...mantis-safe method of disposal?

Ok, I have aptasia on one smaller rock (which I like, so I am inclined to try and save the rock and not just chuck it...) in one of my Mantis Shrimp's tanks.

As well, 2 different rocks have aptasia in one of my newest mantis Shrimp's tanks.

One of these rocks has about 6 small mushroom corals, while the other has about a dozen red/orangish zoanthids.

I have some kalkwasser (sp?) that I bought to get rid of them, as well as having heard that lemon injected into their cavities does the trick.

I have a small container (about a half gallon) to place any rocks in while working on them, but...

Will the above or any of the other methods to remove aptasia hurt my mantis or other inverts?

Will they damage my corals or zoas?

I am still very new to this hobby.

While on the subject, does anyone have suggestions for gloves to use while working in the tanks? I don't want anything to harm my critters (treated gloves etc...).

Thanks,

-Ron
