Have a used Aqua 25w UV Sterilizer for sale. Bought it used (supposedly 2 years old), bulb has 4 months of use. Still running on my system if you wanted to see it. Will disinfect once I remove it.
Comes with optional wiper, although it appears to drip if you use it while it's wet, if it's left alone it doesn't leak, been running on my tank for a week now zero leaks. From what I've read this is pretty common with the wiper.
