jay,,,,,,,, are you at #20 yet????

we have over 30 PAID members now. The last meeting we had a nice showing and we had plent to raffle off. We have a nice amount of sponsors now. It would be nice f you sign up:D

Unless you want to ride on the back of a Donkey with Huey to your local meetings.

yeah, thats what I read too. Thats ok, I am not making that jump yet. I can do that sperately. The Jr, seems to be all I need, I have an old windows 95 laptop I can dedicate to running the software.
What cables and other stuff is generally needed?

i bought the jr in january .... i thought then it was more than i would ever use....
just upgraded to the ac3 so i could control ozone.. sometimes the cheap is more expensive.
then agian i didnt think i was going to run ozone back then either.

"DUE TO OTHER AQUARIUM RETAIL SHOPS AND WEBSITES COMPLAINING TO NEPTUNE SYSTEMS THAT WE ARE SELLING THESE UNITS TO LOW..WE HAD TO RAISE THE PRICE"

Gotta love it!!

great the club is growing strong. you guys are seem to putting alot of effort and it shows. yes yes our lehigh club is a lazy bunch :) if your lazy join us instead, if you want a club with sponsors , activities, raffles than the delaware group seems more appropriate :)

jay , dont lie, you know you want to ride my donkey ! lol dont be shy lol

Matt...let me/us know exactly what they will include for that price...base unit, serial port, temp probe, ph probe, DC 8...etc

Why wary of x10 ? Interference issues?
While I don't use it on my reef, don't shortchange the x10 stuff. Even if you're concerned enough about "high reliability" of that type of I/O (why?) - you'd still put it to pretty good use on less critical items like a makeup pump - fuge lighting - air pump - aux heater - carb/phos reactor or other hanger-on items in use on a loaded reeftank. Handy stuff I'm sure you'd put to use. It also helps keep the tank wiring to a minimum which reduces the mad-scientist wiring clutter around the tank. I could use that :D

Whats wrong with the mad scientist look?

ok, I got specifics from Gary at Champion, for our club buy, we can get an ACjr, w/ a DC8 and temp probe for 189.
Ph Probes would be 32$
and at least 10% off any other neptune accessories.

thankfully I already have a probe!

we need at least three peoiple to jump on this to get his pricing. With the upgraded price on the other 2 websites, this is still a really good deal.

Currently in:
MinibowMatt
Stixbaraca ?
Aquanut6 ?

Anyone else?

My tank and new reactor need probes.
$32 is a great price.
In for 2 PH Probes pls.

Just reread the info! If I can get just the 2 probes at $32 ea. that would be nice. If not....I'll just get the one MiniMatt can get with his ACjr for $32?
I could use these fairly soon so I hope this plays out :)

Ok...
Minibowmatt is in for one ACjr Combo
Stix for 1 combo
Ribs - 2 probes if possible

we need one more to be a lock!

stix --- check the neptune site -- if you are buying 2 for yourself to run 2 different tanks you may be better off buying the ac3 insted. i think with an add on you can control more than one tank with the ac3.
pls check their site first... and if you have any questions they have a terrific customer service.

I may be in for a combo as well.....I want to compare this to the RK2.....
Bill, I think this is what your looking for. Unless there was a specific reason you need or wanted the RK2, the ACjr does all the same things as far as I can tell, at a better price.

we dont really have a time limit on this one. we can give it a few days and see if anyone else is interested.
