aqua lifter pump????

hey does the aqua lifter pump have to be level with the top of your tank, or could it push water from about a foot lower then the top of the tank?

I use mine in my autotop off. It pumps from about 4 feet below the tank. No problems with it for almost a year. It also dosed kalk before I got a calcium reactor.
