Don't worry I will be careful. I had an inservice on how to properly step up and step down from the box (copy in my training record), I also have one unionized laborer holding the box and one relief for him. Think I have all the angles covered
I know books can be wrong but it is the closest thing to a non-photosynthetic coral bible...atleast for identifying them...it is Soft Corals and Sea fans by Fabricius and Alderslade. According to the AIMS website "the book will be available from an alternative source which will be advised as soon as possible". I have been searching out extra copies of the book and when I find one at a decent price, I let you know.
Sticking with a standardize term would be a great start. It will help with cutting down any possible confusion with terms. There are many aspects we need to work on with standardizing within the forum; this help reduce the fog of war in the care of non-photosynthetic corals.
