AquaBee and Eheim pumps

Hi guys,

I just wonder if the EHEIM 1260 Water Pump - 602 gph listed on your website is the same as 1060...Centrifugal pump listed on Eheim's website? 1260 is not listed on Eheim's website any more. It seems to me that the two have exactly the same specs.

My another question is about the AquaBee pump that is sold as a Replacement Pump for AquaMedic Turbo1000 Multi Hang-on skimmer (Turbo AquaBee Replacement Pump ). Is this a AquaBee UP2000 or a UP2000/1?

Hi Sean,

The Eheim 1060 has been superceded by the 1260. The specs are the same, although they use different impellers. Impellers for the 1060 are still available.

The Turbo 1000 Multi comes with the AquaBee UP 2000/1.

I actually bought the 1260 and its a great pump. I believe it has a higher pressure at a greater head than the 1060 and is bigger in size.
