I recently purchased a product from AquaCave and received it in less than a week. There was a problem with this product being faulty, I contacted the company of the defective part (I'm leaving their name out for a reason) and they told me to contact AquaCave to send out a replacement.
I just got off the phone with Albert at AquaCave and he took care of the whole thing. The replacement part is being shipped directly from the company.
