AquaFuge Hang-on Back Refugiums has been on my tank for 3 weeks there is a red slime growing in there is it because it is cycleing agin. i added grape clarpa when it was 2 weeks. the lighting is 2 x 10,000 k lights it that to much lighting for 24 7. ?

If you didn't change anything in the tank it shouldn't be cycling again. The lighting shouldn't hurt anything unless it's shining into your tank 24/7. I wouldn't worry about anything unless you start getting red slime in your display.
