Aquailluminations Frimware Update Problem

I am trying to update the firmware for my controller. My unit is about one year old. I am following the instructions off the website, but I have tried two computers and the controller is not being recognized as a flash drive. The correct display "firmware update" is on the display. I have waited 15 minutes in each case to see if it is just a problem with Windows 7 needing time to recognize it. Nothing.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

I will submit a request on the Aquailluminations site if someone here can't help.
