Aqualifter pump rebuild

I have an aw-20 aqualifter pump for my overflow and it quit pumping.
I had bought the replacement diaphram kit offer with the pump on dfs so i figured i would give it a shot.
Now it seems to be going through the motions but nothing is getting pumped, it seems to be working aginst itself. I know i did something wrong but im not sure what.

Everything looks right and sounds right but its not working? is there some way i maybe inverted those pump housings?

Make sure the white discs(chamber units) under the diaphragms are seated correctly.Make sure the plastic pins are ine the holes.Also tighten the screw untill you see the rubber gasket spread,then stop tightening.

YAY i got it! Dont know what i did but after takin it apart 4 times it works.
